通过对鲁西南地区自闭症儿童随班就读情况的调查，发现普通学校教师对自闭症知识普遍匮乏，对就读学生的特殊行为特征无法控制和调整；学生家庭教育状况堪忧。建议加强对随班就读学校的教师和校领导自闭症知识培训和师资建设；通过家校沟通让家长有正确认识；教育部门应设置相关入学考试标准。     

Accountability and values in radically collaborative research

This paper discusses a crisis of accountability that arises when scientific collaborations are massively epistemically distributed. We argue that social models of epistemic collaboration, which are social analogs to what Patrick Suppes called a “model of the experiment,” must play a role in creating accountability in these contexts. We also argue that these social models must accommodate the fact that the various agents in a collaborative project often have ineliminable, messy, and conflicting interests and values; any story about accountability in a massively distributed collaboration must therefore involve models of such interests and values and their methodological and epistemic effects.

How Informative are the Subjective Density Forecasts of Macroeconomists?

In this paper, we propose a framework to evaluate the subjective density forecasts of macroeconomists using micro data from the euro area Survey of Professional Forecasters (SPF). A key aspect of our analysis is the use of evaluation measures which take account of the entire predictive densities, and not just the probability assigned to the outcome that occurs. Overall, we find considerable heterogeneity in the performance of the surveyed densities at the individual level. However, it is hard to exploit this heterogeneity and improve aggregate performance by trimming poorly performing forecasters in real time. Relative to a set of simple benchmarks, density performance is somewhat better for GDP growth than for inflation, although in the former case it diminishes substantially with the forecast horizon. In addition, we report evidence of an improvement in the relative performance of expert densities during the recent period of macroeconomic volatility. However, our analysis also reveals clear evidence of overconfidence or neglected risks in expert probability assessments, as reflected in frequent occurrences of events which are assigned a zero probability. A conceptual discussion on electromagnetic units – Extending mechanical units towards a global system of units

A comparative review of the different systems of units that are most usual in electromagnetism leads to the proposal of a new system of units. In this system, the gravitational constant acquires the role of an interaction constant, both for gravitational and electromagnetic interaction, as a result of a redefinition of electric charge. In this way, the new system of units extends in a natural manner to mechanics. The comparison between the gravitational and electromagnetic interactions is of particular relevance.     

周期系数线性系统的稳定性

利用柯西矩阵的性质,讨论了周期系数线性矩阵的稳定性问题.将矩阵稳定的条件减弱为拟稳定,利用矩阵的不等式运算性质,得到了各种周期系统平凡解稳定的判据,所得结论,推广了现有文献的结论.最后,利用Matlab模拟仿真,验证了所得结果的可行性.
